This guide takes you from a fresh account to your first working agent, flow, and grid.

1. Create your account

Sign up at platform.qxlabs.com with your email, or use Google or Microsoft single sign-on. If a teammate invited you, use the invite link in your email to join their organization. The onboarding wizard walks you through your company profile, preferences, plan selection, and connecting your first apps.

2. Start a chat

The home screen is a chat with QX, the default agent. It is connected to all available tools and knowledge by default. Try asking it something real:
Research the top 5 competitors of acme.com and summarize their pricing.
Watch the tool cards as the agent works - each one shows what the agent is doing (web search, reading pages, querying knowledge) and can be clicked for full inputs and outputs. See Chat.

3. Connect your apps

Go to Connected Apps in the sidebar and connect the tools your team uses - Gmail, Outlook, Google Drive, Notion, Salesforce, Slack, and more. Once connected, agents, flows, and grids can all use them.

4. Create your first agent

Go to AgentsNew Agent. Give it a name, pick a model, write instructions, and choose its capabilities, apps, and knowledge. Then click Start chat to talk to it. See Create an agent.

5. Build a flow

Go to Flows → create a new flow. Use the Chat mode and describe what you want:
Every Monday at 9am, read new rows from my Google Sheet, research each company, and email me a summary.
The AI builder drafts the workflow for you. Switch to Nodes mode to fine-tune it manually. See Build with AI.

6. Create a grid

Go to GridsNew Grid. Import a CSV of companies or contacts, then add AI columns - research, enrichment, scoring, email drafting - and click Run. See Create a grid.
