Each app you have connected gets its own category of nodes in the builder, for reading data out of it and writing data back in. They all need a credential, which you pick on the node itself, see Overview.

Google Workspace

Gmail reads and sends mail. Google Sheets reads, writes, and updates rows. Google Docs reads and writes documents, and Google Calendar reads and creates events.

Microsoft 365

Outlook reads and sends mail, Microsoft Calendar reads and creates events, Microsoft Teams reads and sends channel messages, and OneNote searches, reads, and writes pages.

CRM and data platforms

Salesforce reads accounts, contacts, leads, and activities, writes records, and runs searches. DealCloud, Airtable, and Notion each read, write, and update their own records, rows, and pages.

Enrichment and research

Apollo and RocketReach find people and their contact details. Glassdoor and Trustpilot return ratings and reviews. Exa AI and Perplexity run their own search and research, an alternative to the built-in web nodes when you prefer their results.

Communication and content

Slack reads and sends messages. Fireflies pulls meeting transcripts, Gamma generates presentations, and YouTube searches videos and fetches transcripts.

QX data and scoring

These nodes use QX’s own data and the scoring you set up in the app, so they need no credential.
  • Enrich Company Data takes a company’s web address and fills in what QX knows about it, such as financials, headcount, and ratings. Pick which of those you want and each becomes its own output.
  • Score Companies scores a single company against a scoring template you have already built, returning the overall score along with the parts that make it up.
  • Create Score List scores a whole list of companies and saves the results as a score list you can open in the app.
  • Get Score List reads back the companies and scores from a saved list, without scoring anything again.
